We prepare students to be effective Health Coaches and deploy them in ongoing research and outreach programs.

We train students to administer health screening and performance tests that use cutting edge technology. 

Our students apply their knowledge and support community wellness through two faculty-led practicum courses focused on Culinary Medicine and Health Communication.  

Our students create and disseminate evidence-based health education resources designed for targeted populations.
